Privacy Policy

HisabMitra is built so a calculation does not need an account. The amounts you type into a calculator stay in your browser. If you submit the form with JavaScript turned off, the server calculates the result and does not write those amounts into the database.

Favorites and recently used tools are stored in localStorage on your device. Clearing the browser clears them. We cannot see that list.

We do store aggregated counts: how often a calculator is opened, calculated, shared, or saved. Those counts are not tied to your name. Security logs for the admin area store a hash of an IP address, not the raw address, together with the event.

The contact form stores your name, email address, and message so we can read it. Send only what you are willing to have stored for that purpose.

Advertising and analytics are off until a publisher ID or a measurement ID is saved in the admin settings. If they are turned on, Google may set cookies under its own policy. We do not sell personal information.

Admin passwords are stored with PHP’s password hashing. Database credentials live outside the public pages, in the environment file, which the server is told not to serve.
